From October to May, The Viguier Dinner offers you a moment of suspension each month with its "Sundays out of time. Unique lunches where the table becomes a living memory, combining traditions, cultural discoveries and gustatory pleasures.
On Sunday 13 April at 12 noon, La Dinée du Viguier invites you to enjoy a unique experience: a timeless lunchThe theme of this year's event is the language, songs and traditions of Occitania.
A menu inspired by the Occitan region
For this exceptional edition of the Sundays out of timeour chef has come up with a gourmet menu with local rootsto enjoy in an exceptional heritage setting.

Each dish will be accompanied by Occitan translations to tantalise your taste buds... and your curiosity!
Spotlight on Occitan culture
The guest at this lunch like no other: Stéphanechairman of the association Aquí l'Òca passionate defender of the Occitan language.
He will share anecdotes, memories of the area, and perhaps even some of his own. traditional songs live. A wonderful immersion in the soul of the South.
